Modern Lake House Addition
This mid-century lake home project got a total exterior refresh with a two-story addition. It features a hidden garage on the ground level with expansive upper level windows, amazing views into the trees and towards the lake. The addition also features a brand new gas fireplace and access to the home's private back patio.
Lakefront Interior Renovation
The goal of this renovation design was to update the existing space and maximize the views to the lake. We kept the color palette simple to keep the space bright while letting some of the original paneling accent certain spaces. We opened up some walls on the main level to make the space feel bigger and maximize views to the lake through the living room.
Adding a Master Bath in a 1920s Home
This design project included adding a master bathroom inside an existing master bedroom. The space plan was a challenge with the roof pitch, but our design includes everything a high-end bathroom needs. The shower features a soaking tub, linear drain, black faucets, and an feature tile wall. The floating vanities make the space feel spacious and updated.
Blending Old and New
This design involved significant remodeling to the existing home while adding new spaces in the addition. The kitchen features a live edge peninsula top, shiplap accent and brick tile backsplash. The new living room features a gray brick fireplace with custom built-ins and faux beams. The shiplap and brick elements are carried through all of the affected spaces, giving the home a cohesive look.
Mid-Century Addition & Interior Refresh
The intent of this design was to refresh some of the existing spaces in the home. The office addition features a custom built-in right off the garage and a wall of windows looking out to the backyard views. In the basement renovation, we designed a theater room in an existing storage room, and reworked the other spaces to create a separate living and entertainment space.
